At MaviKai, we've made investing in innovative projects easier than ever before. Our Cardano-powered platform simplifies the crowdfunding process, offering a secure, transparent, and accessible way for investors and entrepreneurs to connect and thrive.
Here's how it works:
Embark on your investment journey with MaviKai today, and unlock the wealth of opportunities that await in our secure, transparent, and community-driven crowdfunding platform.
Of course, there are a few extra details.
Firstly, there are limits based on your income or assets.
For the first year after the initial investment, you will only be able to either sell your tokens back to the company, or to accredited investors using the MaviKai platform.
On the platform, anyone can sell; but only the issuer or accredited "whale" investors can buy. If someone wants to invest more than the $5,000 per person limit, this is where they can go to get more in the open market.
After a year, the smart contract governing the token trading will release the security tokens into your self-cusody Cardano wallet.
Also, the tokens are securities, but they are not equity shares. They are equity warrants. The equity is held in a special purpose crowdfunding vehicle for the benefit of the tokenholders. If you prefer to become a listed shareholder on the company's register, you can send the tokens to the trust, and you will receive off-chain legal recognition of your equity position.
We believe that investing in the future should be accessible to you, but it should also be done responsibly and with transparency. That's why we adhere to proper regulatory requirements and only work with projects that meet our rigorous standards. As an SEC registered crowdfunding portal and a member of FINRA, we take investor protection very seriously.
Our focus on legal and ethical responsibility sets us apart from other Web3 investing platforms, and we're proud to be leading the way towards a more transparent and responsible future for Web3 investing.
